IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENTS

PME, PMECC, and PMCC employees who are preparing their tax returns can download their 1095C form to confirm their enrollment in the PME Health Plan by logging in to Paycom. These employees, as well as SEC employees and all others enrolled in the PME Health Plan, can also request a paper copy of their 1095C form by email, phone, or mail to the following:
