Port Madison Enterprises Construction Corporation (PMECC) was founded in 2008 as a wholly owned corporate subsidiary of Port Madison Enterprises. Today, PMECC is headquartered at Agate Pass Business Park, immediately adjacent to its retail gravel yard.
Services
PMECC engages primarily in construction management and heavy civil construction, specializing in site preparation and utility infrastructure for large-scale projects. PMECC also operates a retail commercial gravel yard, which provides gravel, soil, decorative rock, and similar materials to commercial and residential customers. The company has successfully completed numerous construction projects for an impressive client roster that includes the United States Navy, the Suquamish Tribal government, and various local governments and school districts.
Mission
PMECC aims to facilitate the development of Suquamish community resources and increase economic opportunities for Suquamish Tribal Members. The net proceeds from PMECC’s operations go directly to the Suquamish Tribal government, supporting essential services such as healthcare, childcare, elder services, education, and ongoing economic development initiatives.

Established in 2019 by the Suquamish Tribe as a successor in the SBA 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business program when its sister company PMECC successfully graduated from the program, Port Madison Construction Corporation (PMCC) specializes in general contracting and project management, as well as site preparation and other heavy civil construction. In addition to self-perform civil and demolition services, PMCC leverages its extensive experience supporting the U.S. Department of Defense in the Pacific Northwest to derive and implement value-added solutions to the most complex projects.

Founded in 2015, Suquamish Evergreen Corporation (SEC) has established a range of thriving enterprises that directly benefit the Suquamish community. Today, SEC operates two cannabis businesses, Tokem Cannabis and Agate Dreams, both of which exemplify the organization’s unwavering commitment to excellence and sustainable business practices.
